Zalgiris a step away from VTB League Final Four 0
Zalgiris are now within a victory from the VTB United League semifinals after defeating Asseco Prokom 84-79 at home in Kaunas to move to a 7-2 record.
Martynas Pocius led the Kaunas side with 19 points, Paulius Jankunas scored 15 while Tadas Klimavicius and Mantas Kalnietis had 9 and 8 respectively for Zalgiris.
Thomas Adams was the key man for the Polish side collecting 17 points Lukasz Seweryn dropped 13, Krzystof Szubarga scored 12 while Adam Lapeta finished the game with 9.
