FACTS

• All-time favorite Zalgiris player: Paulius Jankūnas.
• Most memorable game: 2017-2018 season match against Piraeus Olympiacos for reaching the Euroleague final four. All the fans, wearing green shirts, the atmosphere and victory evoked unforgettable emotions!
• Most memorable event during a game: during the dance, the heel of my high-heeled shoe got stuck in my tights. While the other ladies continued to dance, I couldn’t move. I tried to pull out the heel nicely and unnoticed, but unfortunately … Realizing that I would not be able to continue dancing, I pulled out the high heel and finished the dance with the biggest hole in the tights. I don’t think I went unnoticed. :)
• Most costumes changed in one game: I have never counted, as the most important thing is to manage change the costumes in time. 😊
• Best thing about being a Zalgiris cheerleader: the opportunity to always support my beloved team and run to the court where I can do what I do best – dance!
• Why Zalgiris? Zalgiris is my hometown team, and becoming part of that team seemed like an unattainable childhood dream.
• I associate Zalgiris with…unity, unreal emotions, loyal fans, excitement and the best memories!
• If I didn‘t dance for Zalgiris, I‘d… definitely dance somewhere else, I would also be a fan of Zalgiris and would look at the cheerleaders of Zalgiris as an unattainable dream.

Other achievements:

For 5 years I danced ballroom dances, for 7 years I studied at Kaunas Choreography School, where I acquired ballet, contemporary dance and dance skills of various folk dances of different nations. We had to take part in Lithuanian Song festival, various republican competitions, where we would often win. I danced at Kaunas State Musical Theater for 6 years and practiced aerobic gymnastics for 6 years. I now work as a trainer at El Carino Gymnastics Club, where I do dance training for little girls.
