Second day of ANGT Munich sees another U18 Zalgiris win 0

Zalgiris Kaunas improved to 2-0 in Group B after opening Day 2 with a tight win over Next Generation Team Munich, which dropped to 1-1.

Depending on the result in the second game between FC Bayern Munich and Panathinaikos Athens, Zalgiris is in a good spot to reach Sunday’s first place game.

Mohamed Diawara of NGT Munich only split two free throws with 7.6 seconds to play which would have tied the game.

Vytautas Zygas paced five players in double figures with 17 points while Illan Pietrus had 24 points in the losing effort.
