Zalgiris invites fans to exercise at home 3

Lithuania, as many other countries in the world, has been recommended to stay at home during this time of quarantine. In light of that, the social initiative One Team hasn‘t taken place for more than a month now. Zalgiris Kaunas physical preparation coach Justinas Grainys encourages us all not to forget about sports despite staying at home during this trying time.

The coach who‘s been participating in the One Team initiative prepared a program consisting of several exercises specifically for home workouts, as it looks to activate all the muscle groups in the body.

While the exercises were meant for the participatns of the One Team program, not just the kids, but also the volunteer coaches joined the initiative. You can see how they managed to deal with Grainys‘ exercises on Zalgiris‘ Facebook page.

The club has no doubt, that all Zalgiris fans, not just the One Team participants, need to get a little movement in, and recommends taking up the task at least several times a week.

Zalgiris invites you all to stay home, stay healthy and come back even stronger!

Priesingai, neskit muila is tu namu i lauka. Kaune pilna erdviu, kur galima puikiai pasivaikscioti, dbiraciu pravaziuoti ar prasibegti. Nesedekite namuose ! (Nebent esate senyvi ar ligoti)

    P.S.
Neabejoju, kad visuose Lietuvos miestuose tikrai yra daug graziu vietu parkuose, prie upiu ar kitokiu gamtos kampeliu. Nesedekite namuose, vaziuokite i gamta, jei per toli nueiti. Oras syla, saulute lenda. Judekite gryname ore ! Man pasakytu kas sedek namuose, rizikuotu gauti i snuki.
