A chance for basketball amateurs to play on the main stage in Zalgirio Arena 1

As the 2019-2020 season calls for the curtain, Zalgiris and Zalgirio Arena invites the most loyal fans to take on the hardwood where the green-and-whites battle.

Starting the 8th of June, Zalgirio Arena‘s main court will be available for rent to basketball amateurs for the first time. The 15-thousand strong arena is set to become the largest area for amateurs in the Baltic states.

“It’s tough seeing the arena empty… We miss the sound of the ball bouncing, and we think this is a great opportunity for fans to go out and test their skills on the Zalgirio Arena hardwood” – said Zalgiris director Paulius Moriejunas.

Beides the chance to play on the Zalgirio Arena court, the basketball fans will also be subject to the locker rooms where Zalgiris’ opponents usually get dressed. They will feel as professionals, arriving through the entrance that is usually reserved for Zalgiris opponents, and will enjoy the sounds of the basketball’s swoosh, as the arena provides some unforgettable emotions.

Depending on the interest in the arena’s rent, the price is expected to range from 60 euros per hour (in the mornings) to 120 euros per hour (in the evenings).

Labai tvanku… jokios ventiliacijos…
