- How do I change my current Zalgiris Insider plan?
You can change your plan at any time on your account on https://insider.zalgiris.lt, by clicking My account and changing your plan selection. You can order a larger plan by clicking on the locked content and following with the necessary purchase actions. When moving to a more expensive plan, you can see the content immediately after confirming your actions, with the additional fee being charged from your card. When moving on to a smaller plan, the larger plan’s content is locked and subscribers will then only see the content of the smaller plan.
- I’m using the Start plan for Zalgiris Insider and I purchased the MVP plan. What are the payments that will be charged, and when will that happen?
The more expensive plan (Zalgiris Insider MVP) is activated immediately, with the price being calculated proportionally for the remainder of the month. In other words, the subscriber pays the price of the smaller plan for the days used and the larger plan for the remaining days until the upcoming payment. The following payment for the subscription will be charged according to the more expensive plan pricing. The payment is made the same day when the first payment was made when subscribing to Zalgiris Insider
- I want to cancel my subscription – how do I do that?
A subscriber can cancel his subscription at any time having by logging into their https://insider.zalgiris.lt account and visiting ‘My account’ page. The subscription ends at the end of the current payment period – one calendar month after the last payment. Until the subscription ends, the subscriber will continue seeing all the content. After the month after the last payment passes, a new payment will not be charged, and the subscription will not be extended, with the content not available to the subscriber anymore.
- How many devices can I use with my account?
The platform’s subscription is intended for one subscriber only and is connected to the registered e-mail account. The subscriber can log in to the account using two smart devices.
- How can I pay for the subscription?
The payment will be charged from a debit or credit card connected to your account, and the payments will be automatically charged once a month.
- How can I receive an invoice for my subscription?
To receive and invoice, you should contact firstname.lastname@example.org until the 7th day of the upcoming month.

Members of the Zalgiris Honor Club can receive a discount for a ticket. The buyer has to select the price Zalgiris Honor Club (Žalgirio Garbės Klubas) and enter the code of the discount. Each club member has an individual code. A personal code can be used only once for one basketball game.
- How can I take advantage of students or seniors discount?
This discount applies only to basketball games in Zalgirio Arena. Additionally, this discount is only valid only in bronze, green, brown, pink and blue zones of the arena. To take advantage of this discount, while purchasing the ticket online you need to select the name of the discount – students / seniors. You must submit a document confirming such discount. Otherwise, you might not be allowed to enter the venue.
- Can children attend basketball games free of charge?
Yes, children up to 7 years old can attend the basketball games free of charge. Please have a document proving the age of the child.
- Can I park my car next to Zalgirio Arena after a ticket purchase?
Yes, you can purchase a single-use parking ticket for the Zalgirio Arena parking lot for the duration of the event. The price varies depending on the popularity of the game, ranging from 3 to 10 euros. For example, less popular LKL games will cost upwards of 3 Eur. The price for parking in EuroLeague games – 10 Eur.

Any public competitions, giveaways or organizing of any other commercials using Zalgiris trademark, tickets, invitations, season tickets without the permission of Zalgirio krepšinio centras is prohibited and violates the trademark rights of Zalgiris. The ticket, invitation to the game or season tickets can’t be used for any advertising or commercial purposes or be resold or copied. Breach of rules invalidates the ticket without a right to be refunded.

Season tickets cover the games from the official start of the season to the end of the season.

- What do I do if I lost my season ticket?
In the case of losing a season ticket, it can be cancelled by the owner’s written request to Zalgiris ticket office. After cancelling, a new card can be made for the fee of 10 euro.
- How do I print individual tickets from my season ticket?
This function is great to use if the season ticket holder can’t make it to the game and wishes to pass on his seat to somebody else. Just print the ticket and send it by email.
