We collect, use, and store full name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, current employment details, educational background, desired position, date of resume submission, personal qualities, work experience including details of previous employers, length of employment at previous employers, job titles held at previous employers, additional work experience, language skills, proficiency in foreign languages (reading, writing, speaking), computer software skills, other relevant data and motivations, as well as desired salary and any other information you provide during the recruitment process.
- WHY ARE YOU LAWFULLY ALLOWED TO COLLECT MY DATA?
We collect information about you lawfully because:
- We intend to enter into an employment contract with you (GDPR Article 6(1) (b)) – when you apply for a job and we assess your suitability for the position;
- You have given consent for us to process your data (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) – voluntarily providing information to us;
- We have legitimate interest in contacting you and offering a job opportunity (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) – when you publish your contact information on the 'LinkedIn' platform;
- We are legally obliged to process your data (name, surname, and link to your 'LinkedIn' profile) (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)) – when you do not wish to be contacted by us regarding job opportunities.
- DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
You are required to provide your data when it is necessary for us to conduct recruitment for positions within the Organization (see Section 3 of this Policy). According to legal requirements, you are not legally obligated to provide your data; however, if you do not provide us with the necessary data, we will not be able to evaluate your candidacy for a job position or enter into an employment contract with you.

- TO WHOM DO YOU DISCLOSE MY DATA?
In many cases, data is processed and transferred within the territory of the European Union and the European Economic Area. However, when we collaborate with certain business partners, data may be transferred and processed outside of those territories. We disclose information about you when permitted by law and necessary for the purpose specified in Section 3:

- HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP MY DATA?
When you apply for a job position within the Organization through our public job advertisement, your data is stored during the recruitment period and for 30 (thirty) days thereafter, unless you consent to us processing your data for 1 (one) year after the end of the recruitment process.
When you apply outside of a public job advertisement, your data is stored for 1 (one) year from the date your data is submitted to us.
- WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS REGARDING DATA PROCESSING?
GDPR and other laws grant you certain rights, procedures for exercising these rights, and exceptions. Where permitted by law, you can:
- Request confirmation whether we process your data. If your data is processed, you have the right to access the data and other information (GDPR Article 15);
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, or supplement it if it is incomplete (GDPR Article 16);
- Request deletion of our data about you if we use it unlawfully (GDPR Article 17);
