With the summer transfer window now open, Kauno Zalgiris have signed another new player. The Lithuanian champions have been reinforced by the signing of Slovenian forward Haris Kadričius.
The 26-year-old player most recently played for Primorje in the Slovenian top division.
During the last Slovenian season, the new Kauno Zalgiris player scored seven goals and provided five assists.
The 188 cm tall forward has previously represented Slovenia’s U-21 national team and has also gained experience playing abroad.
Kadričius began his career at Bravo and has also played for Olimpija Ljubljana, NK Rudar Velenje, Triglav Kranj, Aluminij Kidričevo, Gorica and Nafta 1903 in Slovenia.
He started his international career in Serbia’s top league, where he represented Kolubara Lazarevac and Voždovac Belgrade. The forward also spent half a season in Poland with Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biala.
At Kauno Zalgiris, Kadričius will wear the number 99 shirt.
