In order to further improve the fan experience, Zalgiris Kaunas is introducing a new feature in its mobile app - a Ticket Wallet function, which is now available to everyone who has updated to the latest version of the app.
Using the Ticket Wallet functionality, all purchased tickets and season tickets to the games of Zalgiris basketball team will now automatically appear in the user’s account - there will be no need to print them or search for them in your email. When entering the arena, all you need to do is show your phone and scan your ticket or season pass directly from the app at the turnstile, and you can easily check your seat location on the arena map in the app.
If a user has more than one season ticket, they will be able to see them all in one place and easily select the main one or manage all tickets.
To start using this feature, simply download or update the Zalgiris app and log in to your account - all tickets and passes will appear automatically, no additional action is required.
We would like to remind Zalgiris season ticket holders that although it is still possible to choose a physical card by picking it up at the Zalgirio Arena ticket office, we recommend trying the digital solution - your season ticket will always be at hand in the app, so there is no need for additional plastic cards, thus reducing the use of paper or physical tickets.
Physical cards will be available for collection at the Zalgirio Arena ticket office starting in September, and season ticket holders will be informed of the exact date separately.
Fans themselves had been requesting the ticket wallet feature for some time, and their needs were heard with the introduction of this convenient innovation. If you do not yet see the Ticket Wallet section, be sure to update your app to the latest version.
