• Favorite Zalgiris player. Robertas Javtokas and Arvydas Sabonis.
• The most memorable game. Zalgiris Kaunas – Maccabi Tel Aviv, last game of Top16.
• The most memorable situation during the game. It was when Sarunas Jasikevicius played in Maccabi Tel Aviv and at the last seconds of the game he came up to Zalgiris bench, hugged Zalgiris couch and congratulated for the victory. Even though they lost at the very end.
• The maximum number of times you had to change your outfit in one game. When I was the part of the Chilidance cheerleaders group we used to change clothes after every (or every second) performance.
• The best thing about being Zalgiris cheerleader. It’s that girls have the possibility to practice with professional dancers. It’s a great experience and opportunity.
• Why Zalgiris? Even before I started studying in Kaunas I was a great Zalgiris fan and admired Zalgiris cheerleaders. This happened because I had a wonderful coach Milda (Milda is Zalgiris cheerleader as well) and she taught me everything. Importance of wearing neat clothes, behave myself. This is what I see in Zalgiris team. That’s why I’m happy to join the team and feel pleasure to dance, to improve and to learn new things.
• Zalgiris associates with… A dream. Since I was small I dared to dream about joining the team. I can’t believe this happened. Zalgiris associates with professional, talented and expressive dancers.
• If I wouldn’t be a cheerleader for Zalgiris.. I would have entered Klaipeda University, but I didn’t want that, I fell in love with Kaunas, with the team, with the coach and I would love to build my future in Kaunas.

Other achievements

I went to folklore dances for 19 years in Naujoji Akmene and Kaunas Rasa club. I took swimming, aerobics, gymnastics lessons. I’ve learned the basics of classical and modern dance. I participated in songs contest Dainu Svente as a dancer and teacher. My folklore dance team became prizewinner in Golden Bird contest. I had practiced in Naujoji Akmene, where I taught children, teenagers and parents how to dance. People went to the practices willingly and took sports together with me. Now I have the possibility to change my coach in the future. I wish to make progress!
