Zalgiris signs three-year jersey and attire agreement with GSA 2

Zalgiris welcomes the 2021-22 season not only with a revamped line-up, but also with a new partner to showcase on their jerseys. This summer Zalgiris and its fan shop Zalgirisshop.lt began a partnership with Greek sports clothing brand GSA, signing a three-year deal.

For over a decade now, the GSA brand has offered clothing and other attributes for sportsmen and sports fans alike.

By connecting innovative technologies of the clothing industry and principles of sustainability, GSA will look to set up Zalgiris players and coaches from head to toes this season, taking care of all attributes necessary for games and practices, but also looking after them outside of the court. Weather-proof gear such as raincoats and jackets will help out during the team’s travels, while the suitcases and backpacks will host their travel necessities.

Paulius Motiejunas, the director of Zalgiris Kaunas, had nothing but great things to say about the teams new partner.

“GSA has rapidly strengthened their positions in Europe due to their great quality and strong outlook, and has experience at the highest level with basketball clubs and national teams. The attire has to be comfortable and raise no questions to the players, and GSA can ensure that. We hope the new uniforms and the gear surrounding it will be soon beloved by the fans, too.”

GSA has created uniforms for some basketball giants, including the Greek national team and Olympiacos Piraeus in the EuroLeague.

This partnership brings light news to the fans as well, as the first pieces of team gear – practice jerseys, everyday t-shirts and shorts will be soon available on Zalgirisshop.lt. Soon all the products will make their way to the physical stores as well.
