Josh Nebo on #WhatItTakes to make a EuroLeague debut 0

While just making his debut in the EuroLeague this season, Josh Nebo has proved time and time again that he’s fully capable of taking care of his end of business in the top level of European basketball.

The American big man is averaging 7.7 points, 6.1 rebounds and an average efficiency of 11 ranking points. In a 6-game stretch before his ankle injury, Nebo was putting up 10.6 points, 7.6 rebounds and 14.5 ranking points.

The green-and-white talked to Zalgiris Insider’s #WhatItTakes and discussed what it’s like making a EuroLeague debut.

“The first reaction – it’s tough here. Every game is difficult, physical. Every time you’re up against tough opponents, good teams and coaches. That first reaction is that it’s tough, physical, no nights to take it easy and you’ve got to retain concentration at all times. It requires a lot both from the physical and psychological side.”

Nebo also talked about his chemistry with the team’s guards and the thinned-out frontcourt. The full episode of #WhatItTakes can be found on the Zalgiris Insider platform.
