Zalgiris TV presents another episode of Zalgiris Gaming, in which Moses Wright and Dustin Sleva put their geography knowledge to the test.
They competed in the GeoGuessr game, in which they had to guess the location of the Lithuanian League, or EuroLeague teams’ arenas as accurately as possible within a limited amount of time, based on Google Street View images.
The players earned points for each guess and ultimately found out who looks out the window more often when the team travels to their opponents’ strongholds.
In the first round, Wright and Sleva figured out the locations of Lithuanian basketball arenas.
“You have to pay attention to the details. What did the coach say? Details are very important. You have to look at the name of the arena and then search for the name of the city,” Sleva boasted, joking with his opponent.
Then Wright and Sleva moved on to guessing EuroLeague arenas, where they also tried to mark the location of Google Street View as accurately as possible on the map, and Sleva briefly demonstrated his knowledge of Turkish.
“You see, I’m a rookie, but also a veteran. I already feel almost like a European,” Sleva rejoiced after one of his guesses.
For his part, Wright turned fortune in his favor.
“I just clicked on the first thing that came to mind and didn’t think too much about it,” Wright said, delighted with his success.
We invite you to watch the entire video on the Zalgiris YouTube channel to see the Zalgiris players’ lively guesses and find out which of them ultimately became the GeoGuessr champion.
