Zalgiris TV presents a new episode of After Practice with Egle Jurgaityte. This time, the singer and host visited the Zalgiris Basketball Academy, where she met Nigel Williams‑Goss watching his son Naz’s practice. They talked about his childhood love for basketball, fatherhood, his love story, and fashion.
After the interview, Williams‑Goss and his two children joined Naz on the court, where Naz even taught Jurgaityte some shooting skills.
“I come to Naz’s practices a couple of times a week. Watching your child do what he loves and seeing the joy it brings him – it’s amazing,” Nigel said. He also shared that Naz likes both basketball and hockey, just as he himself first picked up a hockey stick as a kid before switching to basketball.
Williams‑Goss recalled his early training days, revealed whether he’d like to coach his son, and played a game choosing between NBA legends – picking Allen Iverson over Magic Johnson, calling Iverson his childhood hero.
He also opened up about his relationship with his wife Kirstyna, which began in college: “We met at the university gym. It felt like a movie scene. I fell in love immediately.”
Nigel spoke warmly about Kaunas and Zalgiris: “Zalgiris is like a family – from fans to staff to players. It feels like our families fit together perfectly.”
He also shared which teammate he’d trust to babysit and joined Jurgaityte in fun games about NBA style, hobbies, and assigning Zalgiris Shop items to teammates.
To finish, Nigel and Egle met Naz after practice, played shooting challenges, and even a 1‑on‑1 game. “When Naz is playing, my daughter turns off the lights at home and dances like a Zalgiris cheerleader,” he laughed.
