Zalgiris Kaunas will organize the fifth Zalgiris Coaching Clinic in April.
This year, the project will take place on April 6-8, during which participants will have the opportunity to watch Zalgiris youth programs and main team training sessions live, as well as listen to lectures by Rokas Kondratavicius, Tautvydas Slezas, and other Zalgiris youth specialists, and attend the EuroLeague game between Zalgiris and Dubai Basketball at the Zalgirio Arena.
In addition, coaches participating in the training will have the opportunity to learn from the head of Zalgiris’ youth programs and physical training coach, as well as attend a lecture on player preparation and training. They will also be able to watch a live practice session led by the head coach of the main team, Tomas Masiulis.
The last Zalgiris Coaching Clinic training session took place in April 2024, when a delegation of coaches from Israel participated.
“In terms of basketball, this is something I have never experienced before. For me, as a young coach, this is an incredible experience. Everyone here is very open to teaching others and answering all questions. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had,” shared the guest from Israel.
The price of the Zalgiris Coaching Clinic package is €499 per person. The package includes access to Zalgiris youth team training sessions, as well as the opportunity to watch one of the main team’s practices. In addition, for this price, participants will have the opportunity to attend four seminars, a tour of the Zalgirio Arena, and a game between Zalgiris and Dubai Basketball.
Transportation and accommodation costs are not included.
