Zalgiris Kaunas (30-1) defeated Juventus Utena (12-20) 108-93 (20-24, 31-32, 35-20, 22-17) at Zalgirio Arena.

Zalgiris opened the scoring with Azuolas Tubelis finishing a perfect assist from Nigel Williams‑Goss, followed by an and‑one from Deividas Sirvydis. Tubelis added four more points, but Juventus briefly took the lead, 9-12. Sylvain Francisco came off the bench and immediately scored six straight points, while Dustin Sleva tied the game, 17-17. Moses Wright finished the quarter strongly with a powerful dunk and a free throw, leaving Zalgiris trailing 20-24.

Francisco and Ignas Brazdeikis scored early in the second quarter, but Juventus extended their lead, 24-33. Mantas Rubstavicius then hit back-to-back three-pointers, while Williams‑Goss added four points to keep the gap manageable. Sirvydis connected from long range, and Tubelis quickly added points to tie the game at 46-46. However, despite late baskets from Sirvydis and Edgaras Ulanovas, Zalgiris went into halftime trailing 51-56.

Zalgiris came out strong in the third quarter, with Sirvydis, Tubelis, and Laurynas Birutis quickly regaining the lead. The hosts then pulled away with a 14-3 run fueled by Rubstavicius, Francisco, Brazdeikis, and finishes from Tubelis and Wright. Continued scoring from Brazdeikis, Rubstavicius, and Wright helped Zalgiris build a double-digit lead, 77-66. By the end of the quarter, Zalgiris were in control, leading 86-76.

Sleva opened the fourth quarter with a three-pointer, while Wright added a dunk and Tubelis and Rubstavicius scored easy baskets to extend the lead. Brazdeikis converted an and‑one, and Sleva scored the team’s 100th point from the free-throw line. Rubstavicius and Sirvydis closed out the game with additional points, sealing a convincing 108-93 victory.

Tubelis led the scoring with 22 points. Sirvydis had 19 points, Rubstavicius finished with 16 points.
